43-Story Bezel Miami Worldcenter Lights Up For The First Time – The Next Miami

The 43-story Bezel tower under construction at Miami Worldcenter reached a milestone last night when the lights were turned on for the first time.

Bezel is the new name of the building, which was formerly known as the Luma tower.

Groundbreaking took place in April 2019 after the developers obtained $143 million in construction financing.

Bezel will include 434 apartments.

The new building will offer the “highest-end product in the market,” with luxurious amenities, New York-based developer Moinian Group has said.

The Bezel tower sits on the 7th Street Promenade.

Also under construction on the same block is a CitizenM Hotel with 351 rooms, a multi-level retail building known as the “jewelry box,” and a 12-story retail, restaurant and parking complex.
